Estate Planning Attorney (NY Licensed)

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled and client-focused Estate Planning Attorney (NY Licensed) to join a dynamic legal team in a full-time remote position, where the attorney will advise clients on estate planning matters, draft tailored legal documents, and conduct consultations to develop comprehensive estate plans.

Key responsibilities:

• Advise clients on estate planning, including wills, trusts, and tax strategies
• Draft, review, and revise estate planning documents based on individual client needs
• Conduct client consultations to assess goals and provide clear guidance

Required qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in New York and/or willingness to waive into jurisdictions
• At least five years of experience in estate planning with direct client interaction
• Expertise in drafting and implementing estate planning documents
• Strong understanding of estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax laws
