Key Responsibilities

• Serve clients by leading a team through sophisticated trust and estate planning needs
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to determine valuations and address succession issues
• Implement estate planning strategies and work on entity reorganization for diverse business owners

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in trust, estate planning, probate, and fiduciary matters
• Experience with passthrough entities and entity selection/reorganization
• Understanding of tax reporting requirements and ability to read financial statements
• Demonstrated success in building and managing professional relationships
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
