Estate Planning Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Estate Planning Paralegal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as an estate planning coach for members, providing a high-quality member experience
• Host member meetings to educate members about estate planning and assist with creating an estate plan
• Collect and organize member data, prepare for meetings, and assist with operational tasks

Required Qualifications:

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of paralegal experience in estate planning and probate administration
• Strong understanding of estate planning documents, specifically wills and trusts
• Knowledge of common revocable trust funding practices
• Available to work during Pacific Standard Time business hours
