Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team in sophisticated trust and estate planning for high net-worth individuals and business owners
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to determine valuations, conduct cash flow analysis, and address succession issues
• Serve as a key point of contact for successful client plan implementation and deliver high-quality planning

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in trust, estate planning, probate, and fiduciary matters
• Experience with passthrough entities, entity selection, and reorganization
• Understanding of tax reporting requirements and ability to read financial statements and tax returns
• Demonstrated success in building and managing professional relationships
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
