Estimate Review Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Estimate Review Specialist Sr. (Repair Solutions).

Key Responsibilities

• Review estimates and supporting documentation submitted by contractors and adjusters using estimating applications
• Ensure estimates comply with client and regulatory requirements and meet company guidelines
• Serve as a subject matter expert on property restoration scope and replace a field adjuster if needed

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in building construction from an accredited college or university preferred
• Experience in adjudicating complex customer claims
• Knowledge of Xactimate, Symbility, and other estimating applications
• Ability to deliver innovative customer-facing solutions
• Willingness to engage in professional development opportunities
