Estimate Review Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Estimate Review.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises the Estimate Review department to ensure quality and timely contractor work products
• Monitors assignments, manages workload, and conducts performance evaluations for staff
• Develops training programs and standard operating procedures while addressing client-related quality issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of two years in a supervisory role and six years in construction estimating or property adjusting
• Expert knowledge of construction materials, Xactware, and Symbility products
• Advanced computer skills and understanding of network programs and operations
• Ability to effectively manage and supervise employees
