Estimate Reviewer I

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Estimate Reviewer I, a remote entry-level position focused on quality assurance in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance review of contractor estimates for accuracy and compliance
• Compile estimate revision requests and interact with network contractors for corrections
• Document review activities in XactAnalysis and maintain knowledge of estimating software

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or a minimum of two years of experience in the construction industry or property adjusting
• Highly proficient in computer skills, including estimating software
• Ability to develop knowledge of IICRC guidelines and achieve WRT certification within two years
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage time effectively
• Understanding of construction standards and practices
