Job Summary

A company is looking for an Estimate Reviewer I, a remote entry-level position focused on quality assurance in contractor estimates.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance reviews of contractor estimates for technical accuracy and compliance with industry standards
• Verify documentation and appropriate use of estimating software, ensuring proposed repairs align with construction standards
• Compile estimate revision requests and interact with network contractors to obtain necessary corrections

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or a minimum of two years of experience in the construction industry or property adjusting
• Highly proficient in computer skills, particularly with estimating software
• Ability to develop and maintain knowledge of XactAnalysis and Xactimate
• Must complete WRT certification within two years
• Understanding of IICRC guidelines and industry standards
