Job Summary

A company is looking for an Estimate Reviewer I.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance reviews of contractor estimates for accuracy and compliance
• Compile estimate revision requests and interact with contractors to obtain corrections
• Document review activities in XactAnalysis and maintain knowledge of relevant guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or a minimum of two years of experience in the construction industry or property adjusting
• Highly proficient in computer skills, including estimating software
• Ability to develop knowledge of IICRC guidelines and achieve WRT certification within two years
• Experience in interacting with clients and contractors
• Understanding of construction standards and practices
