Estimate Reviewer I

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Estimate Reviewer I.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance reviews of contractor estimates for technical accuracy and compliance with industry standards
• Verify appropriate documentation and use of estimating software in the review process
• Compile estimate revision requests and communicate with contractors to obtain necessary corrections

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or a minimum of two years of experience in the construction industry and/or property adjusting
• Highly proficient in computer skills, particularly with estimating software
• Ability to develop knowledge of IICRC guidelines and achieve WRT certification within two years
• Experience with XactAnalysis and Xactimate is advantageous
• Commitment to upholding business conduct and ethics standards
