Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service in a fully remote capacity, the Estimate Share Adjuster will virtually inspect vehicle damage, write repair estimates, and negotiate settlements with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Perform virtual inspections of vehicle damage and write accurate repair estimates
• Negotiate claims settlements with repair facilities, tow yards, and customers
• Communicate effectively with customers through various channels to guide them through the claims process

Required qualifications

• Experience in claims adjusting or a related field
• Strong understanding of insurance policies and coverage interpretation
• Ability to negotiate and evaluate claims settlements
• Proficiency in using communication tools such as phone, email, and video chat
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on empathy and support
