Job Summary

Providing superior customer service in a fully remote capacity, the Estimate Share Adjuster will inspect vehicle damage, write repair estimates, and negotiate settlements while ensuring a compassionate and efficient claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Virtually inspect vehicle damage and write detailed repair estimates
• Negotiate moderately complex settlements with repair facilities and customers
• Communicate effectively with customers through various channels to guide them through the claims process

Required qualifications

• Experience in customer service or claims handling
• Ability to perform detailed investigations and reviews of damage
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving fair settlements
• Proficiency in using communication tools such as phone, email, and video chat
• Understanding of insurance policies and coverage interpretation
