Estimating Coordinator - Mechanical

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Estimating Coordinator - Mechanical/Building Automation Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and scope proposals for HVAC equipment repairs based on field personnel recommendations
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate solutions and track customer correspondence for repair approvals
• Coordinate with team members to identify repair parts and maintain proposals and purchase orders

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or state-recognized GED
• Knowledge of Commercial Building Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Building Automation systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and PC skills
• Ability to work in a remote home-based environment
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
