Estimating Director Modular Construction

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Estimating Director for Offsite Modular Construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the Offsite Modular Estimating function, including policy and procedure development
• Lead the evolution of the estimating platform and integrate tools with ERP and enterprise systems
• Manage multi-discipline estimating teams and maintain cross-functional communication with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in construction estimating, specifically in modular or offsite projects
• Experience in building or leading an estimating department in a modular construction environment
• Knowledge of offsite and modular construction delivery models and production processes
• Proven track record estimating complex projects exceeding $200M across various construction scopes
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
