Estimating Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Treatment Plant Manager, Estimating in the Critical Infrastructure Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily estimating operations and ensure accurate material quantity takeoffs
• Implement quality control processes and engage in complex design build projects
• Guide teams on design build methodology and support major regional bid pursuits

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in estimating for water/wastewater or critical infrastructure projects
• Experience supervising or coaching estimating teams
• Strong background in design build support and value engineering
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred
• Professional certification is a plus
