Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily estimating operations and ensure accurate material quantity takeoffs
• Implement quality control processes and engage in complex design build projects
• Supervise the estimating team and provide coaching and performance feedback

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in estimating for critical infrastructure projects
• Experience supervising or leading estimating teams
• Strong background in design build support and value engineering
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred
• Professional certification is a plus
