Job Summary

A company is looking for a Treatment Plant Estimating Manager for the Critical Infrastructure Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily estimating operations and ensure accurate material quantity takeoffs
• Implement quality control processes and engage on complex design build projects
• Guide teams on design build methodology and support major regional bid pursuits

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in estimating for critical infrastructure projects
• Experience supervising and coaching estimating teams
• Strong background in design build support and value engineering
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred
• Professional certification is a plus
