Estimating Supplements Coordinator

Job Summary

Managing the workflow of supplements for exterior projects, the fully remote Estimating Supplements Coordinator will collaborate with contractors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure accuracy and adherence to insurance guidelines while training team members and optimizing departmental processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support the supplement team by managing workload and supplement assignments to meet deadlines
• Review supplement submissions for accuracy and compliance with insurance carrier guidelines
• Act as a liaison with contractors and insurance carriers to negotiate supplement approvals and settlements

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with significant relevant experience
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in estimating and supplement writing
• Experience with Xactanalysis and Symbility is required
• Solid understanding of construction terminology and estimating practices
• Ability to train and mentor team members effectively
