Estimation Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Estimation Coordinator, responsible for scheduling and managing customer interactions related to flooring installation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and reschedule customers based on priority and estimator availability
• Act as the primary contact for estimator concerns and manage coverage for outstanding jobs
• Monitor and update various scheduling tools and communicate with management regarding estimator availability

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with one to two years of related experience in customer service management
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
• Proficiency in using computer workstations and software applications, including databases and spreadsheets
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and prepare written documents as needed
• Willingness to work a rotating weekend schedule with a weekday off
