A company is looking for an Estimator to support their estimation team in analyzing project documents and ensuring compliance with US standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and project proposals for residential and commercial projects
• Review and analyze construction blueprints, schedules, and specifications
• Collaborate with US-based clients and procurement teams to ensure project standards and competitive pricing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 1-4 years of experience in cost estimation or related field
• Proficiency in estimation software such as On Screen Take-off, PlanSwift, CostX, Bluebeam
• Familiarity with construction standards and blueprint reading
• Basic mathematical competency with strong analytical skills
