Job Summary

A company is looking for an Estimator to support their estimation team in analyzing project documents and ensuring compliance with US standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and project proposals for residential and commercial projects
• Review and analyze construction blueprints, schedules, and specifications
• Utilize digitalized estimation software for material take-offs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 0-1 years of experience in cost estimation or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and AutoCAD
• Basic mathematical competency with strong analytical skills
• Familiarity with construction standards and blueprint reading
