Job Summary

A company is looking for an Estimator to manage and execute complex estimating tasks for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the estimating process is efficient and meets client expectations throughout projects
• Analyze project documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates
• Manage subcontractor solicitation and selection processes while ensuring quality control of bids

Required Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering or Construction Management with a minimum of 3 years in the estimating field
• 8+ years of experience in the construction industry
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Proficiency in specialized estimating software
• Understanding of market conditions and their impact on pricing
