Job Summary

Supporting the estimation team, the full-time Estimator will prepare cost estimates and project proposals for residential and commercial projects while working remotely and gaining international experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and project proposals for residential and commercial projects
• Review and analyze construction blueprints, schedules, and specifications
• Utilize digitalized estimation software for material take-offs and clarify project scope through client interactions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Strong attention to detail in analyzing construction drawings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and AutoCAD
• Basic mathematical competency with strong analytical skills
• 0-2 years of experience in cost estimation or related field
