Job Summary

Detail-oriented and self-driven, the full-time Estimator will manage the estimating and bidding process, collaborate with engineers and contractors, and ensure project specifications are met while working remotely from various locations including Virginia, Delaware, Iowa, Wisconsin, and Washington.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare bids and estimates based on project specifications and design plans
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and vendors to provide timely insights and consultation
• Adapt to project deadlines and requirements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the estimating process

Required qualifications

• Experience in bid preparation or related estimating roles
• Familiarity with estimation software, such as PlanSwift
• Understanding of waterworks systems
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new information
• Proficiency in computer usage and technology
