Estimator - Flooring and Tile

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Estimator - Flooring and Tile will measure floor plans and blueprints to provide quantities for bids and contracting, while producing custom quotes and managing project data.

Key responsibilities

• Secure and review bid documents, producing custom quotes and completing takeoffs in accordance with department policy
• Utilize CAD software to measure and calculate quantities, while reviewing plans for accuracy and application requirements
• Manage project data and documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of one year of related experience or training
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to visualize 3D data from 2D information and strong math skills
• Digital and hard blueprint deciphering capabilities
