Estimator for Hyperscale Data Centers

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Estimator to develop accurate cost estimates for low-voltage systems in large-scale hyperscale data center projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive estimates for materials, labor, and engineering expenses for hyperscale data center projects
• Develop detailed bid packages, including pricing documentation and risk factors
• Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to secure accurate pricing and ensure project compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in cost estimating for large-scale hyperscale data centers
• Technical proficiency in data center infrastructure and low-voltage systems
• Proficiency in relevant software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam
• Relevant certifications like Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst (CCEA) or Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) may be beneficial
