Estimator for Mechanical Systems

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Estimator to estimate project costs and create documentation for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Estimate project costs and prepare detailed construction cost estimates
• Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain pricing and installation quotes
• Participate in project kickoff meetings and collaborate with other departments for project success

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Design or Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in estimating mechanical systems application and design
• Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and control systems
• Ability to read and understand HVAC/R mechanical, plumbing, and electrical drawings
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google Drive, and other relevant applications
