Job Summary

Supporting the estimation team, the full-time Estimator I will prepare accurate cost estimates and project proposals for residential and commercial projects while working remotely and gaining international experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and project proposals for residential and commercial projects
• Review and analyze construction blueprints, schedules, and specifications
• Collaborate with US-based clients and procurement teams to ensure project standards and competitive pricing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and AutoCAD
• 1-3 years of experience in cost estimation or related field
• Familiarity with construction standards and blueprint reading
• Basic mathematical competency with strong analytical skills
