Job Summary

A company is looking for an Estimator, II (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Complete repair estimates based on home inspection reports and related documents
• Analyze project proposals and historical cost data to prepare budget and cost estimates
• Ensure estimates are accurate and complete before being released to clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience in construction cost estimating for single-family home renovations/repairs preferred
• Experience processing technical documents and reading long reports
• Knowledge of real estate valuation techniques, particularly for single-family homes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace
