Estimator II

Job Summary

Managing estimating responsibilities for designated territories across the United States and Canada, the full-time Estimator II will develop accurate material takeoffs, calculate pricing through Excel-based configurators, and generate formal quotations while fostering relationships with sales representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepares formal bids and quotations using the company's ERP system with accuracy and timeliness
• Gathers and applies market intelligence to develop competitive pricing strategies
• Collaborates closely with Independent Manufacturer's Representatives, Architectural Solution Managers, and other stakeholders to produce comprehensive project estimates

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
• 5-10 years of estimating experience in the Construction or Building Products Industry is required
