Estimator II

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Estimator II will perform detailed material quantity takeoffs and support bid efforts for various infrastructure projects, collaborating with sales and engineering teams to ensure accurate scope development and competitive proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Independently perform material quantity takeoffs for standard and moderately complex projects
• Prepare scopes and provide material lists for sales and customers, participating in pre and post takeoff discussions
• Communicate with vendors and coordinate with the Pre Bid team to maintain accurate scope definitions

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of estimation experience or related industry background
• Demonstrated ability to perform accurate takeoffs from plan sets
• Experience engaging with contractors or vendors preferred
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred
• Equivalent industry experience considered
