Estimator II

Job Summary

Managing estimating responsibilities for designated territories across the United States and Canada, the full-time Estimator II will develop accurate material takeoffs using OST and/or Bluebeam Revu, calculate pricing through Excel-based configurators, and generate formal quotations and budget proposals within the ERP system.

Key responsibilities

• Strategically evaluates and prioritizes bidding opportunities to maximize impact and efficiency
• Prepares formal bids and quotations with accuracy and timeliness using the company's ERP system
• Collaborates closely with Independent Manufacturer's Representatives, Architectural Solution Managers, and other stakeholders to produce comprehensive project estimates

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Architecture, or a related field preferred
• 5-10 years of estimating experience in the Construction or Building Products Industry required
• Proficiency in On-screen Takeoff and/or Bluebeam Revu
• Strong understanding of the full product portfolio, particularly modified products
• Experience in gathering competitive intelligence and analyzing market share
