Estimator - Material Handling

Job Summary

Supporting project objectives, the full-time Estimator - Material Handling will develop internal cost estimates, request bids from suppliers, and maintain strong partnerships with subcontractors, with the option to work remotely or onsite in Franklin, TN.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and present cost models while supporting pre-contract and operations with project costs
• Create bid comparisons using data analysis and metrics, and lead communication with suppliers on active RFQs
• Maintain organized documentation throughout the project and assist in the submission of bid projects

Required qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the Material Handling industry preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with conveyor installation and estimating mechanical installation costs
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications
• Ability to develop tools for efficient estimating and improve processes
