Estimator Specialist
Job Summary
To support the Global Strategic Accounts Team, the full-time remote Estimator Specialist will manage pricing for services, review specifications, solicit quotes, and create detailed proposals while collaborating with operations and engineering teams.
Key responsibilities
- Review specifications and control schematics to prepare accurate estimates
- Solicit and follow up on pricing from subcontractors and equipment suppliers
- Create detailed scope letters and proposals, ensuring clear documentation
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience in Sales, Building Automation, HVAC, and/or Controls
- Valid Driver's License
- Experience with estimating software and sales tools, such as CRM
- Ability to value engineer control designs with alternative solutions
