Job Summary
To expand the firm's ETF platform, the full-time ETF Growth Lead will develop relationships with financial advisors, RIAs, and wealth management firms while driving asset growth through consultative business development and strategic market initiatives, with remote candidates considered for the right individual.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and cultivate relationships with RIAs, family offices, and wealth management firms
- Educate advisors on ETF implementation and long-term investment strategies
- Partner with leadership to refine business development strategy and contribute to marketing initiatives
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in ETF distribution, asset management, or financial advisor business development
- Strong understanding of ETFs, portfolio construction, and evidence-based investing principles
- Demonstrated success in developing new business and cultivating advisor relationships
- Bachelor's degree preferred; industry licenses (Series 7, 63, 65, or CFA) are beneficial but not required
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong organizational skills
