ETF Launch Operations Manager

Job Summary

Managing and coordinating the end-to-end operational execution of ETF launches, the full-time salaried Assistant Vice President of Launch Operations will ensure timely and accurate launches while serving as a key point of accountability across internal teams, clients, and third-party service providers in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex ETF launch timelines and ensure all regulatory and operational deadlines are met
• Serve as a key client-facing contact, facilitating communication and managing inquiries throughout the launch lifecycle
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and prepare progress reports for senior leadership on ETF launch status

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• 4-6 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a similar role in financial services
• Exposure to ETFs, mutual funds, or investment company operations
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools
• Strong understanding of ETF operational workflows and cross-functional dependencies
