ETF Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ETF Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in a remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily creations/redemptions, settlements, reconciliations, and NAV validation
• Liaise with custodians, fund admins, and transfer agents to resolve operational breaks
• Maintain SOPs and reporting packages while enhancing automation and control frameworks

Required Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of ETF operations or fund administration experience
• Strong command of ETF mechanics, reconciliations, and data integrity
• Experience with vendor management and process control
• Familiarity with Eze OMS, Bloomberg PORT, or similar systems is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, growth-stage environment
