Job Summary

A company is looking for an Ethics and Compliance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Manage key databases and processes, extracting and analyzing data for the global team
Support the Ethics and Compliance team to streamline practices and improve compliance with processes/policies
Develop reports, metrics, and dashboards to support team goals and initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in a risk-related role, preferably in a law firm or in-house legal department
Familiarity with NavEx software - RiskRate and EthicsPoint
Strong proficiency with computer skills, including PowerPoint and Excel
Comfortable with data analytics and learning new systems
