Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Ethics & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and implement compliance programs to meet regulatory requirements
• Investigate payment integrity issues and prepare reports on findings
• Conduct audits and risk assessments to ensure ongoing compliance monitoring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Master's or Juris Doctorate preferred
• 4+ years of compliance experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
• At least 2+ years of experience in Medicaid, Medicare, or Commercial Managed Care
• Experience interacting with federal and state regulatory agencies in a managed care or insurance environment preferred
