Ethics and Investigations Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Ethics & Investigations Intake Triage.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Intake/Triage operations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory timelines
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to staff, identifying training needs and maintaining documentation
• Monitor team performance metrics, report findings to management, and coordinate resolution of intake issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare, Criminal Justice, or related field; or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of management experience in Healthcare, Compliance, or Fraud Investigation
• 2+ years of management experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a healthcare setting
• Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements, including CMS, HIPAA, and Medicare/Medicaid
• Prior experience leading teams and managing cross-functional initiatives preferred
