ETL Application Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ETL & Informatica Application Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, support, and troubleshoot ETL and data integration workflows across various environments
• Analyse and resolve incidents, job failures, and performance issues related to Informatica workflows
• Own and maintain ETL components, optimizing performance and reliability of existing jobs/processes

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in ETL application support, Informatica PowerCenter/Cloud, and SQL Server
• Practical experience with SQL Server, including stored procedure development and query tuning
• Hands-on experience with job scheduling tools such as ControlM or AutoSys
• Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team
• Flexible and adaptable to handle shifting priorities effectively
