ETL Matillion Lead

Job Summary

To support a dynamic team, the contract ETL Matillion Lead will design and develop automation solutions, manage database architecture, and oversee data transformations while ensuring compliance with healthcare data standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of ETL orchestration using Matillion and database design in Snowflake
• Own technical decisions regarding database architecture and schema design while guiding complex SQL and data pipeline optimizations
• Act as the primary technical escalation point for data-related issues and manage development teams in an Agile environment

Required qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience with ETL/ELT processes, specifically using Matillion
• Strong background in database architecture, SQL, and data modeling
• Proven experience in the healthcare domain, including knowledge of data standards like HL7 and ADT
• Experience with API integration and design, as well as Salesforce data flow
• Prior experience as a Technical Lead with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
