ETL Matillion Lead

Job Summary

Leading the design and development efforts, the remote W2 contract ETL Matillion Lead will focus on automation, ETL orchestration, and database architecture while managing complex SQL transformations and data pipelines in the healthcare domain.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement ETL solutions using Matillion and Snowflake, ensuring optimal performance and data quality
• Guide and review the development of SQL transformations and data models while making technical decisions on database architecture
• Act as the primary technical escalation point for data-related issues and lead Agile project teams in delivering high-quality solutions

Required qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in ETL/ELT processes, specifically with Matillion
• Strong background in database architecture, SQL, and data modeling
• Proven experience in the healthcare domain, including knowledge of data standards such as HL7 and ADT
• Experience in managing development teams and leading technical projects
• Familiarity with API integration, Salesforce data flows, and data governance frameworks
