ETL Matillion Lead

Job Summary

Leading the design and development of data solutions, the contract ETL Matillion Lead will focus on automation, ETL orchestration using Matillion, and database design with Snowflake while managing technical decisions and guiding development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop automated ETL processes and data transformations using Matillion and Snowflake
• Make technical decisions regarding database architecture, schema design, and data modeling
• Review complex SQL and performance-optimized data pipelines while acting as the primary technical escalation point for data-related issues

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in Agile projects
• Prior experience as a Technical Lead
• Strong BI/ETL background with Matillion, Snowflake, and DataStage
• Mandatory experience in the healthcare domain, including member enrollment and EMR/EHR
• Experience managing development teams
