Required Qualifications

• Experience in national policy and advocacy ecosystems
• Established relationships with government officials and civil society stakeholders
• Knowledge of development policy and EU budget negotiations
• Proactive and strategic mindset for identifying advocacy opportunities
• Fluency in the local language and English
