EU Budget Advocacy Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EU Budget Advocacy Consultant in Poland.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national engagement plan focusing on EU Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF) advocacy
• Lead advocacy trips and ensure timely sharing of intelligence and analysis to inform MFF strategy
• Build relationships with national stakeholders and strengthen coordination with local civil society actors

Required Qualifications and Education

• Proven experience in advocacy, particularly in the EU policy and development sectors
• Established relationships with government officials, parliamentary actors, and civil society stakeholders
• Strong understanding of national political processes and the EU's long-term budget negotiations
• Ability to independently identify advocacy opportunities and provide strategic recommendations
• Fluency in the local language and English is required
