EU Licensed Account Manager

Job Summary

Leading Kitsch's EU expansion, the full-time International Account Manager will manage retail launch execution, ensure compliance with EU regulations, and build relationships with retail buyers remotely during EU business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of the EU retail launch, including compliance documentation and logistics coordination
• Ensure all products meet EU Cosmetics Regulation requirements and manage the compliance calendar to meet launch timelines
• Build and maintain relationships with EU retail teams to drive revenue growth and track retail sell-through data

Required qualifications

• Prior experience with major EU retailers as a retail buyer contact or vendor-side account manager
• Demonstrable knowledge of EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 and haircare-specific compliance requirements
• Ability to operate during CET/CEST business hours
• Strong retail commercial acumen and proven ability to build buyer relationships
• Analytically rigorous with experience in sell-through data and retail performance reporting
