Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel (Netherlands) to serve as a strategic partner and legal advisor across its business.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise product and engineering teams on legal and regulatory aspects of product design and launch
• Develop and execute licensing and market entry strategies across the EU and UK
• Provide comprehensive legal support across corporate governance, employment, privacy, and other legal matters

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 7+ years of legal working experience (in-house or private practice)
• Excellent academic credentials and traineeship at a top-tier law firm
• Experience advising fintechs or financial institutions
• Strong knowledge of financial services regulations and payments regulations
• Proven ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice
