Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Regulatory (International).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global regulatory matters, including diligence, compliance, and consultations
• Translate complex regulatory frameworks into actionable guidance for various teams
• Track international regulatory developments and build scalable compliance processes

Required Qualifications

• Law degree such as an LLM or equivalent and qualification in at least one European jurisdiction
• Six or more years of regulatory experience, preferably in both law firm and in-house settings
• Deep expertise in EU and UK regulatory frameworks relevant to software and emerging technologies
• Proven experience managing cross-border regulatory issues and engaging with regulators
• Builder mindset with a history of creating guidance and processes from scratch
