Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Regulatory (International).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global regulatory matters, including diligence, compliance, and consultations
• Translate regulatory text into clear guidance for teams
• Track regulatory developments and build scalable processes across regions

Required Qualifications

• Law degree (LLM or equivalent) and qualification in at least one European jurisdiction
• Six or more years of regulatory experience, ideally in both law firm and in-house roles
• Deep expertise in EU and UK regulatory frameworks affecting software and digital services
• Experience working with regulators and managing cross-border regulatory issues
• Proven ability to create guidance and processes from scratch
